Tea Brewing Techniques with Garden Botanicals

Last two days to register!

A flavour explorer and maker, Geok Kuan uses edible plant parts like an artist uses colours.

This weekend, we'll be joining her to harvest from a whimsical private garden and brew harvests using different techniques to draw out their flavours and aromas.

This workshop is informal and cosy, inviting you to slow down, enjoy a sensory experience, and explore the gifts of our urban gardens.

Date: 8 Nov 2025 (SAT)

Time: 2.30 PM to 4.30 PM

Venue: Private garden at Kembangan

Urban Nature Stewardship

Apply regenerative practices with us in neighbourhood locations

Learned nature-based gardening or compost-making, but feel a lack of opportunities to practice what you have learned?

Food Citizen's co-creators, Cuifen and Ching Wei, have been nurturing regenerative projects in neighbourhoods.

Volunteer with us at one or more of these locations. Volunteer sessions are not workshops. We come together to complete a project with the volunteer leader providing light facilitation and context. Activities can include compost-making, mulching, and plant pruning.

Current neighbourhoods include Jurong and Bukit Gombak. We have a volunteer session this weekend!

Date: 9 Nov 2025, SUN

Time: 8 AM to 10 AM

Venue: Bukit Gombak Park
